Your site must be business or
commercial in nature. Sites submitted with adult or hate group
content will be banned immediately. Please no personal of fan
pages. |

You must submit a banner and it must be no
larger than 500 pixels wide and 120 high. It must also display correctly on our
site. If there is a problem with your banner we will notify you by email.
If you do not correct the problem we will temporally de-activate your
account until you can correct the problem. If you need a good banner feel
free to use the Banner
Creator program accessible through our Webmaster
Resources. |

You must add the link code for
vote button on your website site in order to get counted for page loads.
Place the code high on your page to guarantee the maximum amount of page
loads. |

If you are caught cheating you will loose all
your hits and will be notified of the infraction. If the situation is not
corrected your site will be banned. Examples of cheating would be Meta
Bombing, JavaScript to automatically open a CDE Topsite window, using a
redirect command, or hits generated any other way than from a vote button
or link from
your site from real users. (NO SPAMMING THE LIST) |

Only the top 10 sites will have their banners
shown. Sites 11 through 100 will be shown with text only and a ranking
number on their vote button. Sites 101 and up will not have a ranking
number on their vote button. |

We reserve the right to remove any site we
feel is inappropriate or junky at any time. |

If you try to rejoin after being banned and
you submit another site that is not within our rules you will be banned
forever! (Well, a letter of apology and agreeing to the rules might
make us re-consider at a future date.)
